Requesting Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Bapost account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below:

• Email us at support@bapost.app from the email associated with your account
• Include the subject line: “Delete My Bapost Account”

Alternatively, you can delete your account directly in the app:

• Settings > Delete Account

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once your request is processed:

• ✅ Your account information (email, phone number, password, and saved addresses) will be permanently deleted
• ✅ Your order history and delivery-related data will be removed
• ✅ Any stored location data will be deleted
• ❌ Anonymous or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and internal reporting

Retention Period

We aim to process deletion requests within 7 business days. In some cases, certain data may be retained temporarily to comply with legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention requirements, after which it will be permanently deleted.
